Anne grew up in real estate, the daughter of Bob Marshall, a 48 year veteran of the industry and founder/owner of Marshall Realty. Anne has been a licensed real estate agent since since 1986. She is certified CRS, GRI, SRES and is a notary. In 1996, Anne teamed up with Denise Baker and they are known in the industry as "The Real Estate Marges." Anne began the 1st Time Home Buyer Program for the City of San Bruno. Since its inception in 1996, Anne has helped over 400 families become 1st time home owners. Anne is a member of SAMCAR and has earned the prestigious awards of "Top Team Sales for the San Mateo County Association of Realtors" from 2001 to 2006. Anne is an active member of the Board of Realtors and has held many positions and chaired committees for the association. Anne is also a notary.
